The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel

In August 2018 I booked and shot a day player role in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel episode 209, which airs in a few months. It was a wonderful day of work — the cast and crew were professional, gracious, and obviously loved their jobs. I got to share a scene with Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, and Zachary Levi, and Daniel Palladino directed. Look for me in a scene at the Gaslight Cafe!

Theatre Readings

In spring 2018 I performed in several staged readings with Gorilla Rep and Pulse Ensemble Theatre. It was a lot of fun, particularly the one where it turned out Wallace Shawn was in the audience. Honestly, I’m patting myself on the back for not gushing about DS9 when I met him.

Difficult People

In May 2017 I booked and shot a principal role on an episode of Hulu’s original sitcom Difficult People! Jeffrey Walker directed, and I had the privilege to share a scene with Billy Eichner, Jackie Hoffman, and Fred Armisen. It was an utterly wonderful experience. Difficult People Season 3, episode 9 (“Code Change”) will air on Hulu on August 8th.

“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” with Gorilla Repertory Theatre

In August 2015 I had the great pleasure of playing the part of Bottom in Gorilla Repertory Theatre’s magical outdoor production of “A Midsumemr Night’s Dream.” We performed it on a playground. It was awesome. Artistic Director Christopher Carter Sanderson directed. This was my fourth production with Gorilla Rep. (Last year I played Flute/Thisby/Peaseblossom in the same production.)

They Might Be Giants music video

In February 2015 I booked and shot a featured role in an official music video for They Might Be Giants’ new song “Erase,” directed by Phillip Maniaci at Tofu Bandit Media. This fan-made music video won an official contest hosted by the band, and was personally selected by guest judge Black Francis (of The Pixies) to become an official music video, released on TMBG’s YouTube page and band website.

In July 2014 I booked and shot a supporting role in the short film “Actor Seeks Role,” starring Dylan Baker and Alex Karpovsky. Award-winning filmmaker Michael Tyburski directed. This was a fantastic opportunity and a great experience.
